I've got a service request, who do I contact?

If you have any service requests for your location at all, something you observed, or hours adjustments, or some information you'd like officers to be aware of as they are performing onsite security tasks, etc., please do not use the Inteliguide web and mobile support system. Instead, please contact your security provider directly.

Your account representative can access the necessary individuals and communication tools to ensure that your requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
